Dyalekt – Death By Ego

00_-_front

It's been since September of 2011 since I've released a project (Santanamation) and since November of 2010 since I've released a solo project (November Hates Me).

So, how does it now make you feel that Death By Ego is finally here?

Dyalekt - Death By Ego

Now, normally I'd go off about how dope it is and blah, blah, blah, but this time, the title is already so egotistical, I'm gonna leave that up to you.  All I'm gonna say about it is it was produced mostly by myself, along with Davey Boy, TC Crook, Tech Groove, and Leezy, and it features Rhias (Air Dubai), Mane Rok, DeeJay Tense, Script, Quse London, Luke Skyy, Benjamin Butters, Bravo One, and Zé & Zome (Diamond Boiz). As a matter of fact, here's the back:

It's free, for the most part.  I say that because it's yours at the small price of a Tweet or Facebook Share.  That's it, just Tweet it or Share it and it's yours...all of it.

Is that not good enough? I know, I should say more, but let's let it speak for itself:

Dyalekt - Tequila & Lime

Now, the rest, my friend, is up to you.

Dyalekt & Spoke-In-Wordz – Pepsi Ballad

AlbumArt
Dyalekt & Spoke-In-Wordz
present
Pepsi Ballad
Dyalekt (Diamond Boiz) and Spoke-In-Wordz (Radio Bums) came together recently to create an ode to a mutually favorite soda: Pepsi. The track, produced by Dyalekt (JClass Beats), features dedications from the heavy-hitters, known in the past for collaborations on Look At Me (Remix) and Go Crazy!, switching up their normally real and lyrically-heavy content to have some fun.  The song is driven by it's catchy instrumental and off-the-wall cadences that could make any Coca-Cola lover shake what they're mama gave them.  With an intro drop from the Pepsi Center's own, the White Shadow himself, DJ Bedz, the song does exactly what it was made to do...make you crave a Pepsi.

The single has been attached with it's artwork.

Mane Rok & Dyalekt – Santanamation

Mane Rok & Dyalekt - Santanamation

What happens when you take Carlos Santana, Mane Rok, Dyalekt, then put them to do what they do best...?

Now just add features from Xencs L. Wing, Bravo One (One Eyed Kings), and Zé (Diamond Boiz). If that wasn't enough, how about some rhodes played by Riley Boone?

Magic is what you get. No need to guess any longer.

Will I Always Feel This Way?

This last decade has changed social interaction forever, but I'm sure you knew that. But how's that really affect people? Is it too much when a person correlates their worth as a person by how many comments, friend requests and "likes" they get? There's a serious problem with vanity when a person's self esteem is affected by the number of comments their friend's picture got on Facebook, pushing them into a subtle state of envy. As genius as the social network's development was, who knew it would cause people to react in such dramatic ways? Digital bullies. Suicide. How far would you go to get a comment...?

It hurts my soul to see females post (mostly) naked pictures of themselves in an attempt to get hormones racing and, in turn, stir up more "likes" and I'd hit dat comments to boost their own self esteem. We've come to the point where sexy isn't even sexy anymore. Females and males alike lust so badly to be "sexy" that being conservative and fashionable means nothing. I, personally, think a female in a polo, with good style is sexy. Am I wrong? Yet, I can't even front, if I had a six-pack, you'd probably find a picture of it on my profile. It's consumed us all. Somehow my entire generation has become victim to the need to want to fuck anything that is willing to fuck us back.

It's sad. It's cold. It's...wrong. And all it takes is one picture of a chick we used to know in high school, displayin' her ass as if it's no big deal to push us into the temptation and lose our own self control. Then, we get to places like the modern-day, all ages raves, or "dance festivals", where parents are even droppin' off their own teens and pre-teens, dressed in lingerie and bright colors, to a drug-infested "festival" to be preyed on by all that attend throughout an entire night. Really...?

You can tell me that I'm ignorant to the situation, try to justify those actions, or even try and sugar-coat it all, but isn't that what made it socially okay in the first place? I ask a lot of questions, but most are rhetorical. I know the answers. But what good are the answers when they're disregarded? Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing good is in the future for this generation. A generation who wants to attend a college fuck-fest. "Have fun while you're young," is what they tell us. But my generation lost the ability to realize their age.

My generation lost responsibility. My generation lost it's self control. My generation is obsessed with lust. My generation is obsessed with vanity. My generation is obsessed with drugs. My generation is obsessed with sex. And unlike all other generations that fell victim to the same problems, in my generation, this is all socially okay...

Damn... MySpace. Facebook. Twitter. My generation is aaaalllll fucked up.

And that's where the need to make this newest instrumental came. Will I always feel this way...?

Instrumentals!

WAKE UP! It's the first of the month.

What's good everybody, long-time, no talk. Yeah.. About that... Unemployment became make-music-24-muthafuckin'-7. We're finishin' up @ZOMERISKHT's EP, Diamond in the Flesh, & @HeyZeZe's project, Advanced Placement. Then, it's my turn with, November Hates Me. So fuck if I been MIA or not, let's not worry about the past. Now, there's a grip of shit I've wanted to post & write about lately so be expecting some newer posts in the coming days, but 'til then I have some gold for your ears. ;)

I've been workin' on MAADDD beats lately, and decided to start showcasing some of them because it's not fair if I keep them to myself. Some are available, some are sold, some I made exclusively for me, and I'm always willing to compose & chop YOU an exclusive instrumental, for the right price, of course. Well, of course I'm charging, you though it was free?! You're trippin'.. Haha! But I feel I'm pretty damn fair, ask anyone who's copped one lately: @ManeRok, @AVIUS, @LorenzoBacaTat2 (God's Forgotten), @KingFOE & @303Whygee, @OPTWON, just to name a few.

And here are a couple for your listening pleasure:
